Introduction

Welcome to the Terms and Conditions for the Интеллектуальный ассистент mobile application ("App"). This App is owned and operated by Denis, a resident of Cammeray, Australia. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the App and provide important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Use of the App

This App is intended for individual use and is tied to your AppleID account. Use of this App is limited to five (5) messages sent in the chat per minute. Any attempt to use automated means to bypass this limit, or to use the app in a manner that it wasn't intended for, can lead to your access being restricted or terminated.

Content

You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in the Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services. By submitting, posting, or displaying the content you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute any Content which you submit, post, or display on or through the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and the services it provides are offered on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided through the App or the content of any sites linked to the App.

Responses provided by the chat feature are generated by an artificial intelligence (AI) that was trained on a wide variety of internet data, so the responses can be unpredictable and potentially biased. We advise users who are uncomfortable with this fact to refrain from using our App.

We reserve the right to prohibit access to any user who uses the App to ask inappropriate or rude questions, or attempts to manipulate the AI into providing responses that are inappropriate or offensive, particularly in relation to protected groups of people by law.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Denis be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information or other content posted on the App or transmitted to or by any user.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes related to the use of the App, the user is required to write an email to us and provide at least a week to respond. Answers given by the AI in the App's chat can't have legal consequences and can't be treated as a representation of Denis's opinion. The answers given by the AI in the App can’t be treated as conflict resolutions.

Subscription & Refund Policy

The App operates on a subscription basis. There are no refunds offered by Denis for any subscriptions. Users are advised to contact Apple for all questions related to refunds for subscriptions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

Changes to the Terms & Conditions

Denis reserves the right, at his sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
